The crew
Who We Are
Pecan Tree Services is a tree crew that removes, trims and grinds trees for homes and businesses around Alpharetta.
Most of our calls start with one tree: a dead pine leaning toward the house, an oak whose limbs hang over the roof, or a stump left in the middle of the lawn. We come look at it, tell you plainly what it needs, and give you one price for the work.
On the lots around here the house, the fence or the neighbor's roof is usually close, so a removal is planned before the first cut. That planning, and the cleanup after, is what you are paying a crew for.
What we do
- Tree removal
- Dead, damaged and unwanted trees taken down and the wood hauled away. Near a house the trade takes a tree down in pieces, "sectional removal", rather than dropping it whole.
- Tree trimming
- Dead, crossing and low limbs cut out so the tree stays healthy and clear of the roof.
- Stump grinding
- The stump ground down "below grade", below the ground, so the spot can go back to lawn or a bed.
- Storm calls
- A storm-downed tree cleared off a house, a driveway or a fence once the site is safe to work.
How we work
How We Work on Your Property
We quote the whole job before we start, show up when we say we will, and clean up when the work is done. None of that changes with the size of the tree.
What we commit to on every job, from the first call to the last load:
-
Free estimate
We come out, look at the tree and give you an estimate for free, with no obligation to book.
-
The whole job, quoted first
You hear one price for the whole job before we start, and there are no surprise charges after.
-
On time
We show up when we say we will, on the day we agreed with you.
-
Cleanup
We clean up when the work is done. The wood goes with us and the yard is raked, as part of the quote.
Where we work
Where We Work
We work in Alpharetta and the towns around it, on the wooded lots where tall trees stand close to the house.
Johns Creek, Roswell, Milton and Peachtree Corners are on our usual round, and we take calls from Duluth, Dunwoody, Norcross, Sandy Springs and Suwanee too. A job outside that footprint is a question for the call.

What Our Customers Say About the Crew
These are our Google reviews, word for word as the people who wrote them put it.
These guys came highly recommended from friends and family. Alejandro Came and gave me a competitive quote on the same day, for a giant white oak that others said was too big. Showed up on time on the day we agreed on and did an amazing job. You can’t even tell they were here aside from the massive tree that’s gone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Fantastic crew.
Competitive price and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
This group is fantastic 98 degrees outside they did not stop these are heros
